Samsung RFG297AARS refrigerator review: If you’re looking for a big refrigerator - this is it. At 28.5 cubic ft, the Samsung RFG297AARS’s interior seems massive. This is actually a good thing, because there are so many adjustable shelves and drawers to design the fridge how you want. The door shelves on the other hand are a little awkward, and even a little smaller than I’d like. The finish on the exterior is beautiful. Actually, I’ve read a lot of reviews on this model, and almost everyone agrees on how pretty this thing looks. I especially like the interior lighting; it’s very bright. Another feature I really like about the Samsung RFG297AARS refrigerator is the open door indicator - it actually lets you know when the door is accidentally left open. Lastly, it runs very quietly.
As I mentioned earlier, some of the door shelving is a bit smaller than I’d like. Also, the space underneath the ice maker is a bit awkward. A lot of users complain about the Samsung RFG297AARS refrigerator’s ice production. I haven’t really found this to be a huge problem, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it happens down the road. I don’t really have a lot more negative to say about the Samsung RFG297AARS. You can buy it now for around $2300. Overall, it’s a great refrigerator - I give it 4.5/5 stars.
