My LG LFX25960ST refrigerator review: Most people who’ve purchased the LG LFX25960ST refrigerator have very mixed opinions, and I tend to agree with them on that issue. There are definitely some worthwhile features on this unit, but there are also a couple negative aspects, which I’ll talk about below.

First off, I have to say how beautiful the LG LFX25960ST is! It’s a french door style refrigerator, and comes with water & ice dispensers and a lot of nice compartments on the inside. It’s very large (24.7 cu ft), so I don’t have any complaints at all about running out of room. Also, it’s easy to clean and is fairly quiet for a refrigerator of this size.

Now, my complaints of the LG LFX25960ST refrigerator are basically two things. First, the ice machine is sub-par quality. Probably 40-50% of users have some sort of problem with the ice maker within the 1st year. That’s pretty pathetic. But, when it’s working, it does a fine job. My second issue with this model (and with LG refrigerators in general), is the customer service. There are a lot of complaints that the customer service people aren’t very helpful and give you a hard time.

I still think the LG LFX25960ST refrigerator is worth looking into. If you can get past the ice maker issues, it’s really a solidly built, well designed model. It’s large enough for a big family and will look great next to your other stainless appliances.
